All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. ZENVORE periodically offers free shipping promotions check our store for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your shipment in real time through the courier's website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or no one being available to receive the package, additional redelivery fees may apply. ZENVORE is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information submitted at checkout.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are beyond ZENVORE's control and are not included in our pricing.
